Psychosis became a recurring nightmare, where reality twisted into paranoia and fear. Anxiety gripped me so tightly I could barely function. I lost control over my own thoughts, my emotions, and my actions.

The consequences came hard and fast. Court appearances stacked up, my name filling police records. I was sectioned—twice—because I had become a danger to myself. There were moments I didn’t think I would ever come back from. Moments where I questioned if life was even worth living.

Turning Point
